General Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a growing team in San Antonio, TX. This role is ideal for a construction professional with a proven ability to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating with key stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

• Lead and manage all phases of residential and/or multi-family construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans aligned with project and organizational goals.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor jobsite progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive solutions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, promoting professional development and strong performance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing residential, multi-family, or similar construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
