* Learning the commercial construction process from experienced professionals
* Assisting with quantity takeoffs and early-stage estimating
* Helping manage the submittal process, including logs, shop drawings, and approvals
* Keeping project documentation organized and up to date
* Visiting job sites to observe and report on progress, quality, and field conditions
* Coordinating and tracking owner‑furnished materials and equipment
* Participating in internal and external construction meetings
* Supporting project kickoff, permitting activities, and project closeout
Full-time student pursuing a Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree.
