Job Description
Commercial General Contractor - The Project Manager is responsible for overall project planning, resource allocation, and budget control while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities and Duties- Oversee the construction project from start to finish; review bid proposals, budgets, submittals, RFIs, contracts, change orders, and closeouts
- Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and the identification of resources needed
- Manage the budget and minimize exposure and risk in the project
- Guide the efforts of all parties involved in the project, including architects, consultants, subcontractors, and laborers
- Serve as the primary link with the client and review all deliverables prepared by the team before presenting them to the client
- Create and update the construction schedule with the project superintendent
- Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards
- Provide training and mentorship to other team members

- Capacity to motivate, lead, and boost the morale of the project team
10+ years in the commercial construction industry
QualificationsProficiency with email, Office, document, project management, and scheduling software used in the construction industry.
Education4‑year college degree preferred
Physical DemandsAbility to stand for long periods;
Ability to sit for long periods;
Ability to travel to job sites
Professional, business, and field settings
LocationPosition is available for the San Antonio and New Braunfels offices, with the ability to manage in both regions
