NRP Investments LLC is seeking an Estimator for Preconstruction to organize estimating activities and prepare accurate bids for profitable contracts. Responsibilities include managing multiple bids, developing vendor relationships, and coordinating pre-construction activities.
The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of estimating experience in construction, preferably multi-family projects, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software is essential, with commission and benefits included.
