** Construction Manager 5
** to join their team. You will be part of the  
** Construction / Early Works Delivery team
** supporting  
** Data Center Campus Development and Infrastructure Delivery Teams** . The ideal candidate will have  
** strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, deep construction expertise in heavy civil works, and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities** , which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**   $87.03 - $93.73/ h

** What's the Job?*
* + Oversee constructability review and coordination for Early Works data center campus projects

+ Act as construction subject matter expert during design development with AE firms and stakeholders

+ Identify construction risks, cost impacts, and schedule implications early in the project lifecycle

+ Review plans, drawings, and exhibits to ensure they are executable, cost-effective, and aligned with field conditions

+ Coordinate with internal teams (Land Development, Security, Legal, Design, Operations) and external contractors to ensure delivery alignment

** What's Needed?*
* + 15+ years of experience in construction management, including heavy civil construction and large capital projects

+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

+ Strong experience with construction means and methods, including earthworks, grading, demolition, and site preparation

+ 10+ years experience reviewing and interpreting construction drawings and managing project cost/schedule

Experience with large-scale or mission-critical infrastructure projects (data centers preferred)
