Pay Range: $85.30 - $91.86/hr

• Coordinate and oversee MEP construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality objectives are achieved.
• Develop detailed project plans and direct the integration of technical construction activities.
• Analyze resource requirements, project feasibility, and construction schedules to drive successful project execution.
• Present project updates, reports, and findings to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Review, recommend, and approve contracts, cost estimates, and project specifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of construction management experience; 15+ years of experience preferred.
• Strong experience managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Visio, and Bluebeam (required).

• PMI or PMP certification.
• Experience working on large-scale data center or mission‑critical infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
