We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on commercial construction projects in San Antonio, TX. This role focuses on safe, efficient execution of work while coordinating crews, subcontractors, and schedules.
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day construction activities.
- Coordinate and supervise field crews and subcontractors
- Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with project plans and specifications
- Monitor project schedules and assist with maintaining timelines
- Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients as needed
- Maintain site organization, quality control, and documentation
- Enforce safety policies and lead by example on site
- Prior superintendent experience in commercial construction. (Restaurants and historic renovations)
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and field operations
- Ability to lead crews and manage multiple trades
