- 5+ years of experience in construction or industrial safety, including exposure to electrical-related hazards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field strongly preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Electrical contractor safety experience preferred.
- Safety certifications such as CSP, ASP, or CHST are a plus.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license is advantageous.
- Extensive knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
- Proficiency with MS Office and safety software.
- Ability to travel regularly to regional job sites and occasionally out of state, including overnight stays.
- Ability to provide 24/7 on‑call support for safety incidents as needed.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑building skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence others.
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and data analysis abilities.
- Continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative approach.
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety programs and processes.
- Collaborate with managers, field leaders, and teams to ensure adherence to the highest safety standards.
- Educate, mentor, and train employees on safety policies, standards, and best practices.
- Conduct site visits, audits, and risk assessments to identify and address potential hazards.
- Track safety data and metrics, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Provide 24/7 support for safety emergencies and respond to incidents as needed.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ongoing learning, and safety excellence.
