Scott Humphrey has partnered with a large and reputable general contractor to assist in finding a Senior Project Engineer for their headquarters in San Antonio. As Project Engineer you will be an integral part of a team that oversees the construction of School/K12 construction projects; project quality control, subcontractor coordination, daily logs/project documentation, safety, and inspections.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints

- Conduct site visits to inspect construction quality and address any issues or concerns

- Review and interpret project schematics and blueprints

- Utilize construction management software to track project milestones and documentation

- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent from accredited institution
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and/or Microsoft Project.
