- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with superintendents, project teams, and clients
- In‑depth understanding of construction safety practices to ensure a safe working environment
- Proven project management skills to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies
- Proficiency in strategic planning to align project execution with business goals
- Experience with preconstruction planning and stakeholder coordination
- Strong problem‑solving skills to proactively address project challenges
- Lead and mentor a team of superintendents to ensure adherence to Rogers-O’Brien processes and core values
- Coordinate and schedule comprehensive training programs for hourly and salaried employees
- Collaborate with business development teams on proposal development and project interviews
- Ensure timely scheduling and execution of all project meetings and planning phases
- Assist project superintendents with risk management and strategic project planning
- Monitor and ensure all safety protocols are implemented and maintained at job sites
- Facilitate effective communication of project schedules to subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage subcontract and vendor relationships to support smooth construction operations
