Compensation: $90,000–$130,000 DOE + Performance Bonus
Most estimators can produce numbers. We're looking for someone who can protect profit before the first hammer swings.
We partner with nationally recognized hotel brands including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Wyndham, and Choice Hotels, delivering renovation projects throughout the United States.
This isn't production-home estimating or ground-up commercial work. You'll be pricing occupied hotel renovations where sequencing, guest experience, logistics, and risk management matter just as much as material costs.

- Hospitality Property Improvement Plans (PIPs)
- Competitive bid estimating
- Quantity takeoffs
