Senior Superintendent
The Senior Superintendent will manage and control assigned projects, including overseeing field operations, site safety, productivity, schedule, quality work, and trade contractor and supplier coordination. The superintendent will work with the Project Manager, who will lead the project team. Preferrable Healthcare Experience.
Responsibilities And Duties Include The Following- ALL aspects of creating and maintaining a safe job site.
- Coordinates and supervises all construction activities.
- Oversee, manage, and mentor project superintendents.
- Creates & maintains construction schedule, identifies and solves problems.
- Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process.
- Coordinate logistics while maintaining relationships with personnel, owners, etc.
- Organizes and directs all self-perform work on site.
- Directs all field personnel to complete the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
- Must have ground-up and high-end interior finish-out
- Must have ground-up and high-end interior finish-out experience.
- Construction Knowledge:
Professional expert, knowledge & skill in all technical construction aspects. - Computers:
Able to operate computers, send/receive e-mails, create spreadsheets, write a letter, and build a schedule using a scheduling program. - Organization:
Utilizes strong organizational skills. - Communication:
Displays strong & effective written and oral communication skills with owners, architects, engineers, team members, subcontractors, and neighbors, and employs effective listening skills. - Problem-solving:
Analyzes problems and makes sound decisions on time-based on goals, priorities, objectives, risks, implications, and costs. - Interpersonal
Skills:
Tactful and mature demeanor with well-developed interpersonal skills, including working well within a team and with diverse personalities.

Well-developed interpersonal skills. A self-starting, highly motivated, and goal-oriented individual. Excellent attention to detail, with an emphasis on quality.
Experience:
Minimum 10 + Years
Qualifications:
Preferred Healthcare Experience. A demonstrated understanding of construction means and methods associated with the renovation and construction of commercial and institutional buildings and related site work. The ability to effectively communicate both in written and spoken English. Proficiency with spreadsheets, email, and other software used in the construction industry.
Education:
4-year college degree preferred
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for long periods of time, Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally, ability to work required over-time to accomplish the desired team objectives & goals.
