What you'll be doing: - Project management on commercial drywall & acoustical ceiling projects
- Managing pricing, submittals, material procurement & scheduling of awarded projects
- Responsible for the overall success of a construction project
- Provide exceptional client service
- Provide management of project budget, schedule & quality
- Oversee contractual requirements & documentation
What you need: - 3+ years commercial drywall estimating experience
- Experience running multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with commercial drywall, metal stud framing, acoustics, etc.
- Knowledge of light gauge metal framing, drywall & acoustical systems
- Experience with projects $1M+ - Excellent math & organizational skills
- Great leadership & communication skills
