Operate the asphalt paver to achieve proper depth and finish cross section of asphalt material via screed extensions;
Signal operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment and movement of materials;
Assist paving crew with asphalt layout and jointing using straight edges and levels;
Perform daily pre- and post-inspections and contribute to safety compliance;
Train less experienced employees on equipment operations and maintenance
