. This role is focused on project management, scheduling, communication, oversight & customer service throughout the construction process.
We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering quality projects and excellent client experiences.
Responsibilities- Manage residential restoration & reconstruction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections & material deliveries
- Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters & office staff
- Conduct regular job site visits & maintain project quality standards
- Keep projects moving efficiently & on schedule
- Learn & Utilize Xactimate for project familiarity & coordination purposes
- Provide exceptional customer service & professional communication
- Previous construction project management experience required
- Xactimate experience is a bonus
- Restoration industry experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
- Valid driver’s license required
- Full-Time | Monday – Friday
- Overtime When Necessary
- 3 Weeks PTO Per Year
