Lone Star Paving in Central Texas is hiring an Asphalt Heavy Equipment Screed Operator to join our paving crew and support foreman. You will operate a Screed Machine to level asphalt, ensure a smooth surface, and meet specifications on heavy highway and civil projects.
Expect 2–3 years in the asphalt industry and 1–2 years operating paving equipment. We value safety, teamwork, and a disciplined approach to daily duties in outdoor conditions across Texas.
