Lone Star Paving in Texas is hiring an Asphalt Heavy Equipment Paver Operator to join our asphalt team. You will operate a Paver Machine, assist with prep and patching, and work closely with the crew foreman to ensure quality and safety on site.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in asphalt, 1–2 years operating paving equipment, and a practical understanding of OSHA safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site role with overtime, travel across Texas, and comprehensive benefits.
