IES Residential is seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to oversee residential plumbing operations across multiple new construction sites in the San Antonio area. You will manage field crews, ensure quality installations, and maintain project schedules while enforcing safety and Texas codes.
The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of residential plumbing, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of Texas plumbing codes.
