Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

We are a wastewater treatment plant construction team based out of UT, TX and AZ. We are looking for multiple project managers. UT has little to no travel. TX will require travel (per diem and housing provided) unless you live close to El Paso or Las Cruces (this is easy travel).

• 7+ years’ experience with pump stations, treatment plants and public works
• 4‑year degree – degree in construction management, engineering, or related field

As a Construction WWTP Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for project management methodology on heavy civil WWTP/pump station projects.

• Direct experience managing wastewater or water treatment plant construction, especially involving PFAS or similar contaminants
• Familiarity with design‑build delivery, permitting, and coordination with environmental agencies
• Understanding of startup and commissioning of treatment systems, including pump stations, clarifiers, and advanced filtration technologies

• Budget development
• Managing cost and “Work in progress” projections
• Managing job site supervisory personnel
• Planning and scheduling the project
• Developing and maintaining owner relations
• Negotiating and purchasing materials
• Establishing and enforcing job site safety expectations
• Managing overall project costs
• Overseeing labor projections
  
  Contract negotiation and administration

• Process mechanical/process piping
• Concrete structures
• Roadways, wet/dry utilities, drainage, structures, site work
