U.S. Army MWR Fort Sam Houston seeks a Senior Cost Estimator for DFMWR, NAF Contracting Division, Construction Branch. You will serve as technical authority for cost estimating, cost analysis, and financial validation of NAF projects from planning through construction.
You will build comprehensive, fully documented estimates, perform quantity take-offs, risk analyses, escalation modeling, and certify estimates for submission. Strong communication with cross-disciplinary teams is required.
