The Construction Laborer is responsible for supporting construction projects by performing a wide range of manual labor tasks to assist skilled trades people and ensure job site cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. Ideal candidates are physically capable, safety-conscious, and ready to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.## Essential Duties and## Responsibilities
* Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
* Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, setting up barricades, and ensuring work areas are safe
* Assist with the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures, scaffolding, and other construction components
* Operate hand and power tools as directed
* Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, or other materials
* Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and assist with grading and leveling
* Support skilled trades such as carpenters, electricians, or plumbers with basic tasks
* Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and crew leaders
* Maintain tools and equipment in proper working conditions
* Adherent to all site safety rules and company policies
* Minimum## Qualifications
* Reliable transportation to and from the job site
* Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
* Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
* The ability to pass a background check
* Access the military base by showing a valid driver’s license or photo ## Preferred Qualification
* Familiarity with basic construction tools and materials
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
* Forklift or equipment operation experience is a bonus

* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally
* Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and reaching
* Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and at heights
* Ability to work in physically demanding environments for extended periods
* Manual dexterity and coordination for operating tools and handling materials
* Strong attention to safety and detail
* Ability to take direction and complete tasks efficiently
* Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Awareness of surroundings and potential hazards on job sites
* Working Environment
* Work outdoors and indoors depending on the project.
* Work is performed in all types of weather conditions including extreme heat, cold, rain, or wind.
* Job sites may be dusty, noisy, and involve exposure to construction hazards.
* Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times.
