Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Project Manager 5 to join their team. You will be part of the Campus Delivery team supporting cross-functional construction, engineering, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and exceptional problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $84.03 - $90.50/hour

🔍What’s the Job?

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale campus construction projects while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Review engineering documentation, site plans, and technical designs to identify risks and improve project constructability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project delivery and resolve issues.
• Track project performance and prepare executive-level reports on project scope, schedule, budget, and overall health.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety standards, and construction quality requirements.

✅What’s Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of construction project management experience, supporting large-scale or datacenter construction projects.
• Experience leading multi-building or campus-scale construction programs and managing construction contracts, quality, and safety.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and software, including Microsoft Office, MS Project, Visio, and Bluebeam (P6 experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
