Sr MEP Superintendent - Mission Critical

MEP Superintendent – Mission Critical / Data Center Construction

Seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent and Senior MEP Superintendent to lead field execution of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems on large-scale hyperscale data center and mission critical projects
.

• Lead MEP subcontractors and field teams across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls scopes.
• Manage safety, schedule, logistics, manpower planning, and quality execution for all MEP activities.
• Coordinate installation of switch gear, generators, UPS, ATS, HVAC/cooling systems, piping, BMS/EPMS, and low-voltage systems
  .
• Develop sequencing plans and recovery strategies to maintain project milestones.
• Oversee BIM coordination, clash resolution, inspections, startup, commissioning, energization, turnover, and owner training.
• Maintain communication with project leadership, design teams, owners, and trade partners.
• Track progress, billing, change management, and subcontractor performance.

• 8+ years of MEP construction leadership experience.
• Experience delivering data center, mission critical, or complex industrial projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, commissioning, and energization processes.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors in fast-paced construction environments.
  
  Familiarity with BIM coordination tools and construction management software.
