This is a full-time hybrid role located in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. As a Construction Project Superintendent, you will oversee daily construction site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing on-site personnel, coordinating subcontractors, implementing safety protocols, monitoring quality control, and tracking progress. The role also involves managing project budgets and collaborating with stakeholders to meet construction goals.
Qualifications- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Extensive experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment plants, Sewage Lift stations, Booster pump stations and large diameter pipe construction, with knowledge of industry practices and techniques
- Proficiency in implementing Quality Control measures and ensuring construction standards are met
- Familiarity with Construction Safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Ability to oversee Budgeting and resource allocation for complex construction projects
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with diverse teams and clients
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required if relevant field experience is met.
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role, preferably in heavy civil or commercial construction
- Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools
