This role is actively involved in subcontractor coordination, safety, quality control, inspections, logistics, schedule execution, daily reporting, and punch list activities.

The position supports short-term planning, coordinates deliveries and inspections, maintains accurate Procore documentation, and follows up with trade partners on commitments. As experience develops, the Assistant Superintendent should assume responsibility for specific areas, trades, or phases of the project.

Success is measured by field organization, safety awareness, quality, reliable follow-through, schedule support, accurate documentation, and demonstrated progression toward a Superintendent role.
