** Pay Range:**  $84.03 - $90.50/hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale campus construction projects while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives.

+ Review engineering documentation, site plans, and technical designs to identify risks and improve project constructability.

+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project delivery and resolve issues.

+ Track project performance and prepare executive-level reports on project scope, schedule, budget, and overall health.

+ Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety standards, and construction quality requirements.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

+ 10+ years of construction project management experience, supporting large-scale or datacenter construction projects.

+ Experience leading multi-building or campus-scale construction programs and managing construction contracts, quality, and safety.

+ Strong knowledge of project management tools and software, including Microsoft Office, MS Project, Visio, and Bluebeam (P6 experience is a plus).

+ Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
