Project Executive – Projects 80 Million or Larger in Scope
We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead delivery of a large-scale construction project. This role will oversee multiple buildings and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide executive-level oversight of project execution, budget, and schedule
- Lead project teams across construction, engineering, and field operations
- Oversee complex electrical and mechanical scopes, including liquid cooling systems
- Drive performance across self-perform work and subcontractors
- Interface with client stakeholders and senior leadership
- 15+ years of construction experience
- Strong background in mission-critical, data center projects or Federal projects.
- Experience with large-scale, complex programs ($500M+)
- General contractor experience required; self-perform background preferred
- $200K–$300K base + ~30% bonus
