Our Project Managersoverseethefinancialsuccessofthebuildingprocess ,workinginpartnershipwith

Architects,Engineers,and Ownerstosupportthedevelopmentoftheplans.

Theyidentifyandplanallthemovingparts,andareresponsibleforensuringtheprojectiscompletedonbudgetandwithinscope.

• Maintainastrongunderstandingofthecontractfromtheprojectonset
• Staycurrentduringtheconstructionprocessbyaccuratelydocumentingprojectupdates,aswellasmaintainingnumerouslogsanddocumentingchangesasneeded
• Usingstrongnegotiationskills,establishestheappropriatepurchasingplan,andmakessolidandtimelydecisionsforthecompanyandtheprojectduringthebuyoutprocess
• Support the Superintendent,whoistheprimarypersonresponsiblefortheprojectschedule,postthemonthlyschedule,andtakeappropriateactiontomaintainorimproveschedulewheneverpossible
• Creatingandmaintainingrelationshipswiththeprojectownerandactingontheirbehalf,think proactively,andhandletheirneedswithasenseofurgencyandinatimelymanner.
• Facilitate Owner,Architect,and Contractor meetings,generatingagendaandminutes
• Submitownerpayapplicationscorrectlyandtimely
• Maintainopencommunicationwithsubcontractors
• Reviewandapprovesubcontractorinvoicesandchangeorders,andprocesschangeordersasnecessary
• Ensureconformitywithcontractdocumentsandscopeofwork,aswellasaddressissuesofunderperformanceifitarises
• Byassumingtheroleofaprojectteamleader,interactandsupporteveryoneinvolvedintheproject

• Refinedorganizationalskills,andtheabilitytoprioritizetasksforself,team,and projects
• Strongcommunicationskillsincludinglistening,presenting,interpersonalandwritten
• Advancedmathematicandreasoningability,andstrongnegotiatingskills
• Minimum5yearsofrelatedexperiencewitha General Contractor
• Bachelor’sdegreefromanaccreditedcollegeoruniversity,preferablywithinthe
  
  Construction
  
  Sciences,orequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word,Excel,MSProject),andexperiencewith(orabilitytolearn)
  Procore,officeequipmentand
  
  Internet Explorerorothersimilar Internettoolsandexperience .
