Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and directing telecom projects from initiation to completion. This role involves managing construction teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Project Oversight:
  Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Team Management:
  Lead and coordinate the work of construction personnel, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Quality Assurance:
  Ensure all work meets specified quality standards and complies with relevant regulations and safety protocols.
• Scheduling and Planning:
  Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary to address any issues or delays.
• Safety Compliance:
  Enforce adherence to safety guidelines and regulations, conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Communication:
  Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, engineers, and suppliers, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.

• Experience working in rural utilities.
• Ability to travel as required.
