Our client is a well-established, employee-focused construction contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex healthcare, industrial and mission-critical projects across the United States.

They are seeking a Project Scheduler to support the planning and execution of large-scale ($200M+) construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, tracking progress against key milestones, identifying potential risks and delays, and working closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery. You will collaborate with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and clients while providing schedule analysis and recommendations to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Monitor project performance and progress throughout all phases of construction.
  • Perform critical path and schedule impact analysis and recommend corrective actions when required.
  • Coordinate workforce and subcontractor resources to support project execution.
  • Provide regular schedule updates, reporting, and progress analysis to project stakeholders.
  • Assist with bid, proposal, and preconstruction scheduling activities.
  • Identify schedule risks and support mitigation planning.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of construction scheduling experience, ideally within large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
    AutoCAD experience is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
