Client
Long-established commercial and government roofing contractor operating across the Southwestern US, part of a larger national building envelope group. Strong track record on complex institutional, federal, and military projects alongside commercial re-roofing and maintenance work.
Job InfoOversee field operations on commercial roofing projects, leading crews and managing day to day site activity to keep work on schedule, on budget, and to spec. Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors, inspect completed work for quality, and keep the Project Manager updated on progress. Maintain a strong on-site presence across San Antonio and surrounding project locations, with around 30% travel, and ensure safety and code compliance throughout.
Requirements- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the commercial roofing industry
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including single ply, bituminous, and metal
- Proven leadership skills with a solid understanding of OSHA compliance and site safety
