Construction Manager/ Foreman, Site Manager

We are seeking multiple dynamic and experienced Project Managers to lead and oversee MEP installations on large data center, commercial, and healthcare projects across the Midwest. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage large-scale projects, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical construction management and excellent leadership skills.

- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of mechanical projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other project management tools to coordinate construction activities effectively
- Manage project budgets and track costs to maximize profitability
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment
- Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance with all regulations and standards; conduct site inspections regularly
- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
- Supervise project teams, including subcontractors and field personnel; foster a collaborative team environment focused on safety and quality
- Ensure construction schedule coordination across multiple disciplines to meet project milestones efficiently
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including progress reports, safety records, RFIs (Requests for Information), and daily logs
- Proven track record managing large-scale MEP projects in the data center, commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality, or airport construction industry
- Extensive experience with construction management software such as Primavera P6, Pro Core, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, Construction scheduling tools, and other relevant platforms
- Strong understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements in civil projects
- Demonstrated ability to read complex blueprints and schematics accurately; proficient in interpreting technical drawings using Civil 3D or similar software
- Effective leadership skills managing teams in a fast-paced construction environment; excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with managing contracts, change orders, procurement procedures, and regulatory documentation
- Base salary range of $120-$170k DOE.
- Travel per-diem $2000-$3000/mon when necessary
- Company paid flights while traveling
- Company truck with gas card.
