Junior Art Director

The Wood Agency is looking for a Junior Art Director who leads with vision, designs with purpose, and embraces technology to push creativity forward.

• Design engaging visuals across digital, social, print, and brand platforms
• Explore how AI tools can enhance the creative workflow and design process
• Create smart, stunning visuals that connect with real audiences
• Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and strategists to bring ideas to life
• Support the creative team with consistent design execution

• 2+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast‑paced creative environment
• A portfolio that shows range, originality, attention to detail, and exceptional craft
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity in Figma
• Experience with AI‑assisted design tools such as Midjourney or Firefly a plus
• A collaborative mindset, eagerness to learn and strong communication skills
