The Total Traffic & Weather Network (TTWN) Affiliate Services Representative supports scheduled inventory operations for stations, including affiliate profiles, affidavit compliance, missed spots, ensuring affiliate profile changes are completed by deadline, and handling internal and external station data when stations transition to an automated traffic import system. This role works closely with TTWN Management, Operations, Sales, and IT Support to ensure commercial spots air correctly and station changes are executed accurately.

This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where flexibility and strong attention to detail are essential for success.

• Support day-to-day departmental operations
• Serve as a point of contact for DOC Entry, Missed Spots, and Station Compliance questions
• Proactively identify issues related to traffic logs, station setup, and feed times, and elevate as appropriate
• Support customer service responses through team inboxes
• Ensure all DOCs are entered accurately and by scheduling deadlines
• Ensure affidavits are submitted within 10 business days after airing
• Assist with setting up affiliates transitioning to an automated traffic import system
• Monitor and help resolve discrepancies related to IA accounts and IA site

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
