** What We Need:*
* We are seeking a detail-oriented scheduler to manage custom schedules, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure ads are scheduled accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Develop custom schedules based on deadlines, workflows, and client requirements.

+ Communicate timely updates to TTWN teams regarding over-delivered and under-delivered schedules.

+ Maintain accurate documentation of scheduling issues and tracking.

+ Clear inventory for accounts that have not placed ads.

+ Investigate system or order issues that prevent ads from scheduling.

+ Stay current on all processes, procedures, and best practices.

+ Adjust schedules as needed for the current week and upcoming flight week.

** What You'll Need:*
* + Ability to multi-task, interpret requests, prioritize, and organize effectively.

+ Exceptional interpersonal and technical communication skills.

+ Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new programs quickly.

+ Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also being a strong team player.

+ Meticulous attention to detail.

+ Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure.

+ Knowledge of traffic operations is a plus.

+ Flexible schedule, including potential for late evenings.

+ Bachelor's degree preferred.
