- Drafts content for Insurance experiences across various platforms
- Work with business, draft content & edit according to guidelines, work with stakeholders for signoff
- Refines content based on stakeholder feedback
- Conducts reviews with legal and compliance partners
- Manages the content through the publishing process
- Partners with design team to ensure accessibility needs are met
- Need to have strong communication skills and comfortable discussing content with stakeholders and packaging the content for publishing team review
- 3 years of UX writing experience
- 1+ years of Figma experience
- UX Design or Writing Certification is required
Strong portfolio showing writing examples and Figma experience is required.
