UX Designer Mid level

UX Designers - Mid-Level

We are seeking a creative and collaborative Mid-Level UX Designer with a strong emphasis on Problem Solving, Figma and Design Systems, and cross-team collaboration. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and accessible user experiences across our native mobile and desktop platforms.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in UI/UX design or product design, with a focus on web and native applications.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design for native mobile and desktop experiences.
Demonstrated experience with design systems

Experience with emerging technologies
Working understanding of operating in an Agile environment
A working understanding of accessibility standards and how to apply them effectively in design.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively and present work confidently.
Experience working closely with stakeholders to frame problems and propose data-driven design solutions with clear rationale.
Demonstrated working knowledge of utilizing research platforms such as Maze, User Testing, etc. for usability testing of prototypes.
