Judson ISD active High School Student enrolled in Media Independent Study or Media Technology II

Responsible for the set‑up, technical operations and strike of events held at the Judson ISD D.W. Rutledge Stadium.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Must be a Judson ISD active High School Student in the advanced Media Technology classes:
  Media Independent Study or Media Technology II

• Ability to set up and strike video cameras and production computers
• Ability to switch between cameras, commercials, fan prompts, and other forms of digital media
• Ability to program cues, patch and operate audio and video equipment

• Set up cameras
• Operate the V-Play and Pro Star computer software
• Pre‑load and edit all media prepared for a football game or other event
• Pull cables, edit photos, create graphics, and run rigging
• Clean cameras, computers, and responsible for inventory of equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned, based on department needs
• Maintain a consistent professional demeanor and appearance
• Daily attendance and punctuality at work are essential functions of the job

Ability to communicate (verbal and written), instruct, read, understand verbal instructions, and maintain emotional control under stress, work with frequent interruptions

Frequent:
Sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs and/or ramps, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, pulling, pushing, reaching, repetitive hand motions, hearing, speaking clearly, visual acuity, distinguishing colors.

Frequent exposure to: temperature extremes (hot and cold), humidity extremes, noise, low or intense illumination, vibration.
