Overview

Community Standards Administrative Assistant  role is the first point of contact for the Community Standards Department, supporting the implementation and enforcement of CC&Rs, handling resident inquiries, and providing information on HOA governing documents and violations. The position reports to the Community Manager and involves high daily interaction with residents onsite, via email, and by phone to deliver excellent customer service.

What You’ll Accomplish
  • Monitor estoppel for incoming resale requests, leasing violations, architectural compliance, and process Covenants letters as needed.
  • Interpret and enforce property maintenance regulations and design guidelines; work with homeowners to achieve compliance when violations are found; maintain accurate records of complaints and inspections.
  • Develop reports and meeting packets, handle walk-in traffic for submittals and inquiries; maintain Design Review files; assist the ARC coordinator with processing basic applications.
  • Assist in answering incoming calls and provide front desk coverage as needed.

  • May require participation in evening meetings or weekend events as necessary.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Other Requirements
  • If driving is a requirement of the role, you must hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and have current automobile insurance at statutory limits. Notify Human Resources of any changes to motor vehicle standing. Motor vehicle reports may be reviewed periodically to ensure compliance.
  • Physical requirements may include walking long distances on grounds, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, extended sitting or standing, and use of technology.
