Immediately hiring a Field Service Dispatcher for a large residential construction company in San Antonio. The Field Service Dispatcher s main responsibility is to provide assistance to sales and operations in the field, coordinating with subcontractors, scheduling, and maintaining customer database.

Pay is up to $25/hr based on experience.

Shift is Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm.

Duties
  • Take customer incoming calls as needed to assist CSR’s and dispatcher.
  • Schedule and coordinate all Special Teams calls as calls are received.
  • Create calls in Service Fusion for all Special Teams calls.
  • Close out service invoices with contractors and provide accounting with billing information as required.
  • Dispatch subcontractors as needed.
  • Debrief subcontractors after every call.
  • Respond to messages left after hrs. as needed to assist CSR’s.
  • Maintain the dispatch board / Schedule.
  • Schedule and coordinate all Special Teams calls as calls are received.
  • Review all warranty invoices and ensure all warranty parts are received in office if applicable.
  • Forecast workload for 2-3 days out.
  • Contact customers with a “parts pending” status as parts are received for scheduling.
  • Order parts for special orders as needed.
  • Update customer files as information is received.
  • Maintain customer history as needed
  • Forward checks and payments to accounting.
  • Update service database from service ticket.
Requirements
  • High school diploma.
  • Seeking at least 3 years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatch, project management, or sales admin.
  • Knowledge of industry is a plus.
  • Must be able to manage scheduling and dispatching.
  • Ability to multi-task and be organized.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Proficiency in customer filing and database management.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Friendly and positive attitude.
