Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a smooth booking process for clients. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound reservation inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
  • Process bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems and databases
  • Provide clear information regarding services, policies, and availability
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless scheduling
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
  • Monitor reservation trends and support reporting when required
