We are searching for friendly and professional Guest Services Attendants to support parking operations at various client locations in San Antonio. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while assisting guests with parking guidance, traffic direction, and general site support.

• Greet guests and drivers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide directions and assist with parking‑related questions.
• Support traffic flow at entry and exit points.
• Monitor parking areas to ensure safety and organization.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members during busy periods.
• Address guest concerns promptly and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and professional work area.
• Follow all company safety and service standards.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous customer service, parking, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
