Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a smooth booking process for clients. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound reservation inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Process bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently
Maintain accurate records in internal systems and databases
Provide clear information regarding services, policies, and availability
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless scheduling
Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
Monitor reservation trends and support reporting when required
