Customer Service Representative - Flooring Services

In the Customer Care Department, we work as a team to provide excellent customer service in a professional, efficient, and timely manner. As a company we continue to evolve so that we may effectively support not only our customers but our employee's as well .

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and assisting field supervisors and sales managers
• Maintain accurate customer support tickets utilizing 3 programs
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication between field supervisors, builders, homeowners, and internal teams
• Provide timely and professional customer updates, escalating complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary
• Ensure all customer interactions meet and exceed company customer experience standards
• Perform follow-ups with customers and team members

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
• High School Diploma/GED/College required
• Attention to detail and organizational skill s
• Strong communication
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Fast learner and ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
• Typing 35 WPM
• Leadership qualities, including a sense of urgency, initiative, and lead by example mentality
