Overview

Position: Customer Support Agent (Travel).
Location: San Antonio.
Salary: $64,000 - $75,000 per year.
Job Type: Full-time

Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site)

Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat regarding travel inquiries and issues.
  • Resolve booking discrepancies, cancellations, and other travel-related problems efficiently.
  • Guide customers in selecting the best travel options based on their preferences and budget.
  • Keep updated with the latest travel regulations and destination information to provide accurate advice.
  • Document customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure comprehensive support tracking.
  • Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to ensure customer needs are met promptly and accurately.

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
