We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the friendly face of Omni Auto Glass, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every customer. You'll handle front-line interactions, support daily operations, and assist our installation team as needed. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to multitask in a fast-paced auto service setting.

• Greet customers upon arrival and walk-ins with a warm, professional demeanor, assessing their needs and guiding them through the service process.
• Safely move vehicles to and from the service area, ensuring proper handling and parking.
• Process customer payments accurately using our point-of-sale system, providing receipts and explaining any charges.

• Handle overflow phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing basic information on services.
• Pick up glass and supplies from the local depot as needed to support inventory and operations.
• Assist installation technicians with setting glass during peak times or as required, following safety protocols.
