Job Description

The Client Account Representative will serve as a key point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and account management. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering outstanding support while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners
  • Assist clients with account inquiries, updates, and service information
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth account management
  • Monitor client needs and provide timely solutions and support
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and account updates when required
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients and accounts
