About the Role
Mini Med is on a mission to transform diabetes care. As a Product Support Representative, you will respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot Mini Med products, mobile applications, and digital tools, and deliver clear, accurate guidance. You will document interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems and be flexible to work evenings and weekends as part of a team supporting customers 24/7.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat, providing timely and effective troubleshooting for Mini Med products, mobile applications, and digital tools.
- Identify customer needs and deliver clear, accurate technical guidance to resolve issues with confidence and care.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns, issues raised during training, product use or malfunctioning products, and/or software applications and recommend corrective action.
- Document customer interactions, product concerns, and resolutions accurately in CRM and internal systems to support quality and product development programs.
- Uphold Mini Med's commitment to outstanding customer service in every interaction.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of a team supporting customers 24/7.
Full‑time, 40 hours/week. Five days a week (multiple shifts). Availability required 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends. 8‑hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
Location & PayOn-site – 18302 Talavera Ridge, San Antonio, TX.
Pay: $21.00/hour plus performance‑based bonus.
Paid training begins July 20 2026. Candidates must be available to attend training July 20 2026 to September 4 2026 to be considered.
Minimum Requirements- 4 years of relevant technical support/customer service experience and high school diploma (or equivalent) OR 2 years of experience and associate's degree OR bachelor’s degree (preferred).
