Customer Care Rep

Location:

San Antonio, Texas (Hybrid)

Role Overview

As a Customer Care Representative, you will support mobile app users by providing prompt and solution-oriented service. You will handle customer inquiries related to rewards, payments, and app functionality, primarily through chat and email, using templated responses to ensure consistency and efficiency. This role is ideal for a dependable and communicative individual. You will be part of a collaborative team that values reliability, especially during weekend remote shifts.

Key Responsibilities

* Resolve customer-facing issues related to the mobile app, including rewards and payment concerns.

* Communicate via chat and email using templated and free-form responses.

* Escalate issues appropriately following established protocols.

* Maintain consistent productivity and responsiveness, especially during remote weekend shifts.

* Ensure reliable internet access while working remotely.

Work Schedule

The work schedule is Saturday through Wednesday, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Work is performed remotely on Saturday and Sunday and onsite from Monday to Wednesday. Thursday and Friday are off.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

1-2 years of customer care, support, or intake experience via chat and phone.

Skills:

Candidates must have strong written communication skills and the ability to follow and adapt templated responses. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required.

Preferred Qualifications

* Familiarity with chat-based customer support tools.

* Understanding of mobile apps and rewards programs, especially in the fast-food industry.

* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.

* Prior experience supporting fast-food or retail customers.
