Bilingual Admissions Outreach Specialist Prospective Students

Hallmark University is seeking an Admissions Contact Center Specialist to support its enrollment efforts through effective communication with prospective students. This role requires individuals with a high school diploma, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays.

The successful candidate will handle a high volume of calls and emails, provide information, and document all activities accurately within the CRM system. Prior call center or sales experience and fluency in Spanish are preferred.
